The expectant mom was snapped with hubby Alec Baldwin in NYC, where the twosome were filming a comedy routine outside the actor's apartment.
Apparently, the pair decided to have a little fun with Hilaria's very real baby bump, stuffing a sweatshirt up her shirt to create the illusion of an even bigger growing belly.
It's also worth noting the pregnancy prop was a Gov. Chris Christie sweatshirt, a tiny dig at the New Jersey governor, whose political views are starkly different from the liberal 30 Rock actor.
The lovebirds looked happy and content as they filmed the comedy sketch, clearly enjoying each other's company as they smiled for the camera.
And their busy day of work even became a family affair when Alec's model daughter, Ireland, stopped by the set to watch the fun.
On Monday, producers announced Baldwin's troubled Broadway play Orphans will close over a month early, but the disappointing news doesn't seem to be bringing the actor down.
And hey, with a real baby girl on the way, he's got bigger and better things to keep him busy.
